Service Description
This is NOT a same day service. 5 to 7 business day turnaround. This service is for you to get a wig made custom to your head size for a perfect fit. During this time you will discuss how you want your wig styled, drop off hair, and also measure your head for the wig. You will need: Frontal (13x4 or 13x6) OR Closure (4x4 or 5x5) AND 3 bundles (For bobs you will only need 2 bundles; longer than 24 inches you will need 4)
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY!!! No additional guest allowed at your appointment. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Appointments have to be rescheduled 24 HOURS in advance in order to transfer deposit. Appointments can only be rescheduled within a 4 WEEK timeframe. HAIR SERVICES: You will be charged $15 after being 15 MINS late. At 25 MINS, your appointment will be CANCELED and you will have to schedule another appointment online; deposit is forfeited. MAKEUP & WAXING SERVICES: You will be charged $15 after being 10 MINS late. At 15 MINS, your appointment will be CANCELED and you will have to reschedule online. No Call/No Show will no longer be able to book future appointments and WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE for appointment.
