Service Description
Your hair must be washed, detangled, blow dried, and free of any oils prior to appointment. If your hair is not washed you will be denied service. Extra fee will be charged if hair is not detangled or blow dried/wet. I recommend that you purchase some quality bundles that will last and give you the look that you’re looking for. You can pre order hair from me using online under tab “Shop Bundles” on homepage. Turn around time is 5-7 business days. The only hair that I recommend that can be purchased at beauty supply store is: Remi Goddess Select (2-3 packs) Brazilian Live (3 packs) 9A Black Mink (in yellow pack ) (3-4 single bundles). Don’t not get the 3 pack, the bundles are thin.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY!!! No additional guest allowed at your appointment. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Appointments have to be rescheduled 24 HOURS in advance in order to transfer deposit. Appointments can only be rescheduled within a 4 WEEK timeframe. HAIR SERVICES: You will be charged $15 after being 15 MINS late. At 25 MINS, your appointment will be CANCELED and you will have to schedule another appointment online; deposit is forfeited. MAKEUP & WAXING SERVICES: You will be charged $15 after being 10 MINS late. At 15 MINS, your appointment will be CANCELED and you will have to reschedule online. No Call/No Show will no longer be able to book future appointments and WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE for appointment.
